Breach of condition investigation results in drug seizure

NRP LogoOn Firday Apr. 13/2018, members of the St. Catharines Street Crime Unit observed two known individuals who were violating their court imposed Recognizance of Bail conditions. These conditions stemmed from a drug investigation in to them from February 20, 2018.
At approximately 3:25 p.m., Police arrested the pair without incident.
During their arrest Police located a quantity of fentanyl powder and Canadian currency on the one male.
Arrested and charged were the following persons:
Robert Simpson, a 35-year-old resident of St. Catharines:
-Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking 
-Possession of Proceeds of Crime under $5000
-Failing to Comply with his Recognizance x 3
Kassandra Fullerton, a 22-year-old resident of St. Catharines:
-Failing to comply with recognizance
As a result of this investigation Police seized $2190 worth of Fentanyl powder and $535 in Canadian Currency.
All parties were held in custody pending bail hearings.
