NRPS pull the plug on illegal “Dial-for-Dope” operation

Since Jul./2017, members of the St. Catharines Street Crime Unit initiated an investigation into the sale of Cocaine, Crack cocaine, Heroin and Fentanyl powder. This investigation centred on a group of individuals believed to be both street level drug dealers and suppliers of Cocaine and Heroin mixed with Fentanyl within the City of St. Catharines.
