Rotary Club of Welland Announces Paul Harris Community Award Recipients

“This award is the most prestigious award Rotary offers to members of our club and our community,” said Peter Papp, president of the local Rotary club, “it is truly an honour to be nominated and to receive this award.”

Only those community members who have made a tremendous contribution to the community are considered for recognition.
