Arrests made as Manning Street drug warrant executed

NRP LogoSince January of 2017 members of the 1 District Street Crime Unit have been investigating a male regarding his involvement in the sales of Crystal Methamphetamine, Heroin and Cocaine in St. Catharines.

During the course of the investigation, police made observations that were consistent with an individual who was operating a drug trafficking operation from his residence.

On April 19th 2017, Police executed a search warrant at a Manning Street address and arrested two individuals for Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Arrested and charged was 36-year-old Dallas Stackhouse of St.Catharines.

  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x2
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance

33-year-old Brandon Keenan of St.Catharines

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Failing to Comply with his Recognizance x 2

In total Police seized a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine and Heroin which held an estimated street value of $12,000.

Both parties were being held for pending an April 20th bail hearing.
