It’s time to celebrate the harvest this Saturday Sept. 30/2017 at the Ridgeway Famers’ Market as the market hosts its 7th annual Fall Festival.

“The Fall Festival features a wide variety of events for the whole family and kicks off in Ridge Road and in the Village Square at 10:00 AM and continues until 6:00 PM,” a press release from Ridgeway BIA said.  “Entertainment is provided at the Village Square with local musicians the Boho Studio Band and Maple Sugar, Calvin’s Magic Show and the Peace River Band.”

“Other activities include horse drawn wagon rides, train reeds, pumpkin painting and carving,” the release said. “A fundraiser for I CAN T.E.R provides homemade soups made by the Greater Fort Erie Secondary School Culinary Arts Program featuring freshly harvested farm products.”

The event also features artisan and homemade craft products, local vendors and food.

The festival will shut down Ridge Rd. to vehicle traffic between Disher and Hibbard Streets.
