St. Catharines man facing charges following investigation

NRP LogoNiagara Regional Police Service press release – In September of 2019, Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service Sexual Assault Unit began an investigation regarding allegations of sexual assault.

Subsequently, on Tuesday, November 5/2019, a 73-year-old male was arrested and charged in relation to two separate incidents involving a 16-year-old female and a 65-year-old female while the accused was practicing as a family doctor in the Town of Pelham.

73-year-old Charles Duncan of the City of St. Catharines is facing the following alleged charges:

– Sexual Assault (3 counts)
– Sexual Exploitation (1 Count)

Duncan was being held in custody pending a bail hearing on November 6/2019
