Support network launched in Pelham

Town of Pelham press release – As Pelham, and other municipalities around Niagara and the country, continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town and community have come together to launch the Pelham Support Network (PSN).

The Fabulous Fenwick Lions Club joined forces with the Fonthill Lions and Fonthill District Kinsmen Clubs, in conjunction with the Town of Pelham and Local businesses to develop a system bringing needed supplies to those who find themselves in self-isolation or quarantine due to travel or close contact with someone who is infected or has symptoms.  If you have no other way of getting needed essential supplies we are here to help you;  we do not want you to go out. This also applies to seniors with health concerns.

This work is being done by volunteers.

If you’re a Pelham resident in need of assistance,  call one of PSN partner businesses and let them know you want to order through the Pelham Support Network. The business will take your order and delivery information. All items must be pre-paid. The partnered business will relay your pick up and delivery information to PSN.

Orders must be made in the morning before 1 p.m. and will be delivered in the afternoon of that day. Orders made after 1 p.m. will be delivered the following afternoon Monday-Saturday.

Items will be placed at your door and the driver will call you once delivered. There is no need to greet the driver; they know they are appreciated. (Social Distancing must be observed for the safety of our volunteers)
