Tough week on the Pelham Panthers

Pelham Panthers LogoIt’s been a tough week on the Pelham Panthers suffering three major losses against the first, second and fourth place teams in the league.

Saturday night they played to a 17-1 loss against the first place Caledonia Corvairs in Caledonia. Pelham’s Dylan Cancilla picked up their lone point for the game, assisted by Cameron DeFazio and Jeffrey Venzon.

Earlier this week the Pelham Panthers lost 12-1 to the second place St. Catharines Falcons on Tuesday and 10-1 to the fourth place Niagara Falls Canucks on Friday night in Niagara Falls.

Pelham’s Mitch Rossit put them on the scoreboard in the game against the Falcons assisted by Mathiau Young and Adam Petric. Jeffrey Venzon scored their lone point in the game against the Canucks assisted by Martin Nowysz and Liam Little.

The Pelham Panthers are next in action against the third place Ancaster Avalance Friday night on home ice.
